Sufficient laboratory facilities shall be made available to carry out the objectives of the facility. the laboratory procedures shall be carried out by qualified medical technologists, at least one of whom shall be available as long as a patient is in the facility. Such a laboratory shall be under the supervision of an appropriately qualified physician.
