The director shall require periodic reporting (at a frequency of not less than once per year) on the proper NPDES discharge monitoring report form, or other form as specified by the director, of monitoring results obtained by a permittee under monitoring requirements in an NPDES permit. In addition to the NPDES discharge monitoring report form, or other form as specified by the director, the director may require submission of any other information regarding monitoring results as determined to be necessary.
