All training courses which are used to fulfill certification requirements must be accredited by the department. One day of training equals eight hours, including breaks and lunch. Any applicant seeking accreditation of an asbestos training course shall comply with the requirements of this subchapter and shall apply to the department as required by chapter 11-504-43 before accreditation may be granted by the department.
