Section 11-504-32 - General requirements

(a) No person shall provide any of the services in this subchapter without first being certified by the department to provide such services.
(b) Any person seeking certification as an inspector, management planner, project designer or project monitor shall apply for certification in accordance with section 11-504-6.
(c) All certified persons shall keep a copy of their certificate at the location where they are conducting the abatement work.
