Subchapter E - MANIFEST SYSTEM, RECORDKEEPING, AND REPORTING
Section 11-264-70 - Applicability

The rules in this subchapter apply to owners and operators of both on-site and off-site facilities, except as section 11-264-1 provides otherwise. Sections 11-264-71, 11-264-72, and 11-264-76 do not apply to owners and operators of on-site facilities that do not receive any hazardous waste from off-site sources, and to owners and operators of off-site facilities with respect to waste military munitions exempted from manifest requirements under section 11-266-203(a). Subsection 11-264-73(b) only applies to permittees who treat, store, or dispose of hazardous wastes on-site where such wastes were generated.
