(a) The incorporation by reference of 40 C.F.R. section 261.1083 is amended as follows: in 40 C.F.R. section 261.1083(a)(1) and 261.1083(a)(1)(i), replace "§261.1082(c)(1)" with "§261.1082(c)".
(b) The incorporation by reference of 40 C.F.R. section 261.1084 is amended as follows:
(1) In

(2) In
