If you are a...

You must report...1

1. System monitoring for chlorine or chloramines under the requirements of § 11-20-45.1(c)(3).

I. The number of samples taken during each month of the last quarter.

II. The monthly arithmetic average of all samples taken in each month for the last 12 months.

III. The arithmetic average of the monthly averages for the last 12 months.

IV. Whether, based on § 11-20-45.1(d)(3)(A), the MRDL was violated.

2. System monitoring for chlorine dioxide under the requirements of § 11-20-45.1(c)(3).

I. The dates, result, and locations of samples taken during the last quarter.

II. Whether, based on § 11-20-45.1(d)(3)(B), the MRDL was violated.

III. Whether the MRDL was exceeded in any two consecutive daily samples and whether the resulting violation was acute or nonacute.

1The State may choose to perform calculations and determine whether the MRDL was exceeded, in lieu of having the system report that information.
