Section 11-186-35 - Written notification to persons

(a) When the agency determines that the application is complete, the agency shall provide written notification of the beginning of the period for the agency review of the application to the applicant and to any person who has asked the agency to place the person's name on a mailing list maintained by the agency. The written notification shall include the review schedule for the application.

(b) This section shall not apply to any emergency application for a certificate of need pursuant to section 11-186-99. This section shall not apply to an application for a certificate of need for which the agency has established a deadline pursuant to section 11-186-10, until the beginning of the next applicable review cycle after the application is filed and completed.
