Following the termination or expiration of any suspension or revocation, a laboratory may apply for relicensing. Upon the submission of evidence satisfactory to the director that the laboratory is in compliance with this chapter, and any other conditions imposed as part of the suspension or revocation, the director may relicense the laboratory.
