Chapter 113 - SUBSTANCE ABUSE TESTING BY LABORATORIES
Section 11-113-11 - Opportunity for review of revocation and suspension of laboratory license

(a) When the director suspends or seeks to revoke a license, the director shall immediately serve the laboratory with written notice of the suspension or proposed revocation by personal service, or by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested.

(b) The written notice shall state that the laboratory will be afforded an opportunity for a hearing of the suspension or proposed revocation if it so requests in writing within thirty days of the date of mailing or service of the notice. The review shall be conducted by one or more hearing officers designated by the director.
