As used in this chapter:
"Skilled nursing services" means services provided by a registered professional nurse which requires assessment of health needs, plan of care, implementation of nursing intervention to effect a change in these health needs and evaluation of services provided to the patient.
"Visit" means a contact with a patient at the place of residence or in an office to provide skilled nursing or therapeutic services. A visit is calculated at 1-1/2 hours.
