Emergency, Rule 545-6-0.1 entitled "Fees" was filed on December 14, 1983, effective December 12, 1983, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency. Said Emergency Rule repealed paragraphs 545-6-.01(7) and (8) and adopted new paragraphs (7) and (8) which clarify the existing rules and define dates for late renewals. (This Emergency, Rule expired April 9, 1984).
Rule 545-3-.01 has been amended by the repeal of paragraph (11) and by the adoption of a new paragraph (11). Filed August 15, 1984; effective September 4, 1984.
