Rule 539-1-.10 - Certifications of Appraiser Classification History

Upon written request the board shall provide a certification of the history of an appraiser's records with the board only for the five years immediately preceding the written request. However, regardless of the date of occurrence, the board shall provide a certification of any records that it maintains of any disciplinary sanctions taken against the appraiser classification of any appraiser. Whenever the certification is to be utilized in a court of law, the party making the written request for the certification shall also indicate the name of the case, its case number, and the name of the court in which the certification will be used.
