Rule 515-14-1-.08 - Obligation of Local Exchange Carriers and Competing Local Exchange Carriers to Provide Educational Information to Residential, Mobile or Wireless Telephone Subscribers

At least two (2) times during a calendar year, all local exchange carriers certificated to operate in Georgia shall provide information to residential, mobile and wireless subscribers about the existence of and opportunity to subscribe to the No Call Database. Said information shall be disseminated at the option of the carrier via television, radio or newspaper advertisements; written correspondence; bill inserts or messages; telephone book subscription forms; and any other method not otherwise expressly prohibited by the Commission.
