(1) No person or entity licensed under O.C.G.A. 26-4shall engage in fraudulent or deceptive advertising or promotional procedures with respect to drugs, devices, cosmetics, poisons, or other substances subject to the provisions of O.C.G.A. Sections 16-13 or 26-3.
