A certified school shall employ a school director who is certified by the Council. Said school director shall be employed on a full time basis to perform duties directly related to the operation of the school, and such other duties as the Council may direct. A school director employed by a regional police academy or state training academy shall be assigned no additional duties by the sponsoring agency which conflict with his/her duties as school director.
