Emergency Rule 464-4-0.1, containing Rule 464-4-0.1-.06(1)(c), has been adopted. Filed October 9, 1980, effective October 5, 1980, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency. Said Emergency Rule repealed subparagraph (1)(c) and adopted a new subparagraph (1)(c) relating to qualifications for certification of Peace Officers. (This Emergency Rule expired on February 1, 1981.)
