The purpose of the OneGeorgia Authority ESBD Loan Guarantee Program is to provide financial assistance through loan guarantees to lenders as authorized by O.C.G.A. 50-34-1et seq.) to back loans that assist in small business development in the rural counties of the State. Loan guarantees are available to assist small businesses that would be unable to obtain suitable or adequate financing on their own.
