(1) An NMP must include at least the following maps, in color:
(a) An aerial map
of the site delineating areas where soil amendments will be applied, which
includes:
1. The total acreage of the site
and the total acreage of the area to which a soil amendment will be applied;
and
2. The GPS coordinates or
latitude and longitude of the centroid of proposed application
fields.
(b) A topographic
map or maps identifying:
1. Boundaries of all
areas where soil amendments will be applied, including buffer areas;
2. On-site access roads;
3. Areas of the site located in a 100-year
floodplain;
4. Location of all
dwellings on or adjacent to the application site;
5. Location of all public wells on-site or
within five hundred feet of the site;
6. Location of all private wells on-site and
within two hundred and fifty feet of the site;
7. Surface waters, such as ponds, lakes,
rivers, or streams, on or adjacent to the application site; and
8. Natural or manmade drainage areas,
including intermittent streams and ditches, on or adjacent to the application
site.
(2) Each NMP map must include:
(a) A north
arrow;
(b) The date the map was
prepared;
(c) A legend with map
symbols if the map includes symbols; and
(d) A bar scale on the map.
