Any person desiring to intervene pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 50-13-14shall file a motion in accordance with Rule 360-19-.01, which motion shall state therein the specific grounds for seeking intervention. The agency and any other parties shall have fourteen (14) days from the date of service to file, a response to such request.
