Filed on October 5, 1989, having become effective September 29, 1989, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding these Emergency Rules are adopted, as specified by the Agency. Said Emergency Rules were adopted in order to meet federal statutory requirements by October 1, 1989. (These Emergency Rules will not be published; copies may be obtained from the Agency.)

Emergency Rule Chapter 350-6-0.6 has been adopted. Filed June 18, 1990; effective June 13, 1990, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule is adopted as specified by the Agency. Said Emergency Rule was adopted to comply with O.C.G.A. Sec. 31-8-155. (This Emergency Rule will not be published; copies may be obtained from the Agency.)
