Said Emergency Rule was adopted to facilitate an upgrade in the computer software used by the Office of Secretary of State, Professional Licensing Boards Division. Note: Rule 295-15-.07, correction of typographical error, the version of the Rule filed on May 6, 2022, inadvertently omitted text in subparagraph 3.(b) after " ...notwithstanding" (i.e., the fact that they may have passed the Laws and Rules Examination on a prior date.). The correct Rule, as originally promulgated and adopted, was updated on the Rules and Regulations website as of July 5, 2022; the original filed and effective dates were retained, as specified by the Board. Effective July 5, 2022.
