Emergency Rule Chapters 276-1-0.1 entitled "Organization" and 276-7-0.2 entitled "Fees" adopted. Filed August 31, 1978; effective August 25, 1978, the date of adoption, to be in effect for 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter is adopted, as specified by the Agency.
