GEFA is soliciting those energy and transportation related programs and proposals which a) are eligible under the court approved listing for this program, b) provide restitutionary benefits to Georgia citizens either as a whole or individually, c) further the state's general goals in either energy efficiency or transportation. A public hearing will be held on the program activities listed under Section 267-8-.05 on October 10, 2001. Changes may be made to the original plan based upon this public hearing and public comments received orally or in writing. Proposals received may be funded in whole or in part. Some suggested proposals may be held for further review and additional competition, which would be announced later through the "Fair and Open Grants" filing(s) if applicable.
