Rule 267-15-.07 - The Criteria for the Award of the Grant

Applicants (local governments and/or non-profit organizations) will compete for funding in the total amount of $30,000. GEFA will evaluate the applications based upon (1) The ability to provide dry hydrants purchase and installation. (2) The degree of community/multi-agency cooperation that is inherent in each application. (3) Prior experience in service delivery programs or programs which provide direct benefits to the general public. (4) Higher value will be given to those applications which are multi-jurisdictional or multi-county in nature. In addition any non-profit applicant must submit a copy of their most recent financial audit or financial statement.
