Rule 186-2-.07 - Fair Housing Poster

(1) Purpose. The regulations set forth in this part contain the procedures established by the Administrator with respect to the display of the fair housing poster by persons subject to O.C.G.A. Sections 8-3-202, 8-3-203, 8-3-204 of the Georgia Fair Housing Law.

All fair housing posters shall be prominently displayed so as to be readily apparent to all persons seeking housing accommodations or seeking to engage in residential real estate-related transactions or brokerage services as contemplated by Sections 8-3-202, 8-3-203, and 8-3-204 of the Act.
