Rule 120-2-69-.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this Regulation Chapter is to set forth guidelines for certificated and uncertificated securities eligible for investment as set forth in O.C.G.A. § 33-11-2for domestic insurers and O.C.G.A § 33-11-42for foreign insurers and to enable domestic insurers to comply with O.C.G.A. § 33-14-13.
