Section 69U-135.102 - Renewal of Qualification

A qualification must be renewed every 2 years. Within 30 days prior to the end of each 2 year period, qualification must be renewed by filing a written notice of renewal with the OFR. The written notice of renewal of qualification shall be filed on Form OFR-U-135R, Written Notice of Renewal of Qualification, effective 01/2018, herein incorporated by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-08855.
