(1) Cash management systems. The arrangement may participate in a cash management program as long as the arrangement has direct access to its funds at all times and the depository or custodian maintains a separate accounting for each account. The depository must also be one which is consistent with section 625.012(1), F.S.

(2) Surplus Notes. No surplus note(s) or the interest thereon shall be paid or repaid without the specific written approval of the Office. Each note, should there be more than one, shall have its own unique identification number in the upper left hand corner of each page of the document.

(3) All ratios specified in section 624.439, F.S., shall be calculated on a statutory accounting basis.
