Section 69C-9.007 - Procedures for Requesting Approval for Amending Existing Banking Services

Agencies shall submit to the Chief Financial Officer a request for authority to amend any contract relating to banking services as defined in this rule. This request will outline the reasons for requesting the amendment and it will include analysis that projects the potential cost impact of the amendment.
