Chapter 69B-228 - CONTINUING EDUCATION
Section 69B-228.020 - Scope

(1) This rule chapter shall apply to:
(a) All types and classes of licenses for
which an examination is required for licensure pursuant to Chapters 626 and
648, F.S.
(b) All course providers,
contact persons, instructors, school officials, supervising instructors, and
monitors of continuing education courses.
(2) This rule chapter shall govern the implementation and enforcement of continuing education requirements, pursuant to Sections 626.2815, 626.2816, 648.385, 648.386, and 626.869(5), F.S.
