Section 65C-15.027 - The Agency's Responsibilities to Licensed Out-of-Home Caregivers

(1) The child-placing agency shall provide or identify training opportunities for licensed out-of-home caregivers in accordance with Rules 65C-13.024 and 65C-13.026, F.A.C.

(2) The child-placing agency shall have a signed "Partnership Plan for Children in Licensed Out-of-Home Care," CF-FSP 5226, January 2015, incorporated by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07508, and www.dcf.state.fl.us/publications, and a signed "Confidentiality Agreement for Foster Parent Application, " CF-FSP 5087, February 2013, incorporated by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07506, and www.dcf.state.fl.us/publications, with all licensed out-of-home caregivers.
