Chapter 65C-15 - CHILD-PLACING AGENCIES
Section 65C-15.015 - Policies and Practices

(1) The child-placing agency shall have written personnel policies and procedures for recruitment, retention, and effective performance of qualified personnel.
(2) These policies shall include:
(a) Job descriptions and titles for
each position, defining the qualifications, duties and lines of
authority;
(b) Salary
scales;
(c) A description of
employee benefits;
(d) Provisions
which will encourage professional growth through supervision, orientation,
in-service training, and staff development;
(e) Procedures for annual evaluation of the
work and performance of each staff member; and,
(f) Procedures governing payment of bonuses
or other extraordinary compensation to employees or contract providers of the
agency.
