Section 64J-4.003 - Eligible Donors and Donation Requirements

(1) Eligible donors, as defined by Section 465.1902(5), F.S., may donate legally obtained prescription drugs or supplies to a repository if the drugs or supplies meet the requirements of this rule.
(2) Donors cannot donate, and repositories cannot accept:
(a) Controlled
substances;
(b) Medications with an
approved United States Food and Drug Administration risk evaluation and
mitigation strategy that includes elements to assure safe use, or
(c) Cancer drugs donated under Section
499.029,
