Section 64B2-16.007 - Notice by Licensees of Administrative Complaints or Disciplinary Actions

(1) All licensees who are licensed or registered in the chiropractic profession in other states shall immediately notify the Board of any administrative complaints filed against them in the state of licensure or of any administrative disciplinary actions taken with respect to their license or registration in the state of licensure.

(2) No later than December 31, 2024, the Board shall review and consider amendment, modification, or repeal of this rule if review determines this rule creates barriers to entry for private business competition, is duplicative, outdated, obsolete, overly burdensome, or imposes excessive costs.
