Section 64B18-16.006 - Registration Requirements of Podiatric Residents

(1) Every podiatric resident participating in a residency program in a hospital in this state shall register with the Board within sixty (60) days of the date of commencement of residency using the Podiatric Resident Application for Resident Registration Form DH-MQA 1139 (revised 7/2020), http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-12451, hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, that can be obtained from the web at http://www.doh.state.fl.us/mqa/podiatry/index.html.

(2) The Board will deny the application for examination and licensure of any resident who is obliged to register with the Board pursuant to section 461.014(1)(c), F.S., but who fails to do so.
