Section 64B18-13.007 - Procedure for Renewal of Inactive Status of Licensure

To renew inactive status, a licensee must complete the renewal form available from the Department and pay the biennial renewal fee for inactive status. If the renewal form and fee arrive at the Department during the timeframe specified by the Department for the biennial renewal of active licenses, then the licensee does not need to pay any other fee. If, however, the application or fee arrives at the Department at any other time, then the licensee must pay an additional fee of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00) for a podiatric physician and seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for an x-ray assistant.
