Section 64B12-12.007 - Inactive Status License

Any licensee may elect at the time of license renewal to place the license into inactive status by filing with the board a complete application for inactive status and paying the inactive status fee. For the purpose of this section, a complete application shall be a renewal form provided by the agency on which the licensee affirmatively elects inactive status.
