Section 61G18-12.002 - Examination and Reexamination Fees

(1) Any time a person applies to take or retake any or all portions of an examination, as set forth below, that person must submit an application on forms provided by the department, an application fee of $100.00, and an examination fee for each portion of the examination to be taken.

(2) For those applicants taking the Laws and Rules examination, when the examination is not conducted by a professional testing service pursuant to Section 455.2171, F.S., the examination fee shall be $165.00 payable to the department. When the examination is conducted by a professional testing service pursuant to Section 455.2171, F.S., the examination fee shall be $140.25 payable to the department plus $24.75 payable to the testing service. When conducted by a professional testing service, applicants retaking the Laws and Rules examination shall only pay the fee payable to the testing service.

(3) The examination and reexamination fees are refundable only if the applicant is ruled ineligible to take the examination.
