Chapter 60G-1 - ORGANIZATION, MEETINGS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF GOVERNOR'S MANSION COMMISSION
Section 60G-1.011 - Responsibilities

(1) Mansion and Grounds.
(2) The curator or such other persons designated by the Commission shall be responsible for maintaining all inventories of furnishings and equipment at the Governor's Mansion.
(3) Acquisition of Furnishings and Decorations of State Rooms. Selection and acquisition or disposition of furnishings and decorations for the State Rooms shall be made only upon approval, by a majority vote, of the Governor's Mansion Commission regardless of whether the acquisitions are bought with State funds or donated from the private sector.
(4) Gifts, contributions and bequests to the Governor's Mansion must be made free of terms and conditions. All decisions regarding their use and maintenance will be made by majority vote of the Governor's Mansion Commission.
