Chapter 59G-4 - MEDICAID POLICY
Section 59G-4.211 - Orthopedic Services

(1) This rule applies to any person or entity prescribing or reviewing a request for orthopedic services and to all providers of orthopedic services who are enrolled in or registered with the Florida Medicaid program.

(2) All persons or entities described in subsection (1), must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Orthopedic Services Coverage Policy, June 2016, incorporated by reference.
