Chapter 59G-4 - MEDICAID POLICY
Section 59G-4.058 - Medicaid County Health Department Certified Match Program

(1) This rule applies to providers rendering certified match services in county health departments to recipients.

(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid County Health Department Certified Match Program Coverage Policy, January 2019, incorporated by reference.
