Section 59G-13.081 - Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table

(1) This rule applies to all providers that render Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver services to recipients.
(2) Florida Medicaid reimburses providers in accordance with the Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table, December 2023, incorporated by reference. The fee schedule is available on the Agency for Health Care Administration's website at http://ahca.myflorida.com/Medicaid/review/index.shtml, and at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-16156.
(3) The rule is in effect for 5 years from its effective date.
