Chapter 53ER23 - Emergency Rule for Year 2023
Section 53ER23-7 - FANTASY 5®Advance Play Countdown and New Draw Schedule Transition Provisions

(1) There is a planned change to the number of daily draws for the Florida Lottery's FANTASY 5® draw game. In preparation for this change, an advance play countdown schedule has been established, as set forth below:

(2) A playslip (paper or digital) or an attempt to print a ticket with advance play will be rejected and cannot be played if the number of drawings shown/selected exceeds the number of advance play drawings available at the time of the requested play due to the implementation of the countdown schedule set forth above.
(3) On Sunday, March 19, 2023 at or about 10:40:00 p.m. (ET), FANTASY 5 ticket sales, ticket validation, and ticket redemption will be suspended. All functions will resume on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 6:00:00 a.m. (ET).
(4) Except as provided herein, all other provisions of Rule 53ER20-48 shall remain in full force and effect.
