(3) How to Enter.

(a) Players who purchase a GROUPER Super Sampler ("Qualifying Purchase") on November 24, 2023, subject to retailer and Lottery office hours, may enter the Promotion for a chance to win a prize described in subsection (2), above.

(b) Players making a Qualifying Purchase wanting to enter the Promotion shall email a photograph of himself/herself holding his/her GROUPER Super Sampler purchase to the Florida Lottery. Players shall ensure that all seven (7) tickets, or six (6) tickets and the coupon for the PICK 3TM Str/Box PLUS FIREBALL ticket, if the ticket did not print at the time of purchase, making up the GROUPER Super Sampler package play, clearly appear in the photograph. When photographing, tickets may be fanned out or overlap but must clearly show at least the top ticket, with the language printed on the top of the ticket and the date printed on the ticket. The player will not include any other individuals in the photograph. The player shall then email a single photograph, along with their first and last name, to the Florida Lottery at promotions@flalottery.com; this constitutes an "entry." No other method of entry is permitted. Only one (1) entry per player and per email is permitted, and only one (1) prize will be awarded per player. If more than one entry is submitted from the same email address, only the first entry associated with that email will be accepted. All additional entries from that email address will be disregarded. Any player using multiple or different email addresses, identities, or any other methods of entry may subject the player and any associated entries to disqualification. Fictitious names and business names will not be accepted and shall subject the player and any associated entry to disqualification. The Lottery must receive the emailed entry between 6:00:01 a.m. and 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on November 24, 2023. Should the photograph submitted be indiscernible (examples of indiscernible include, but not exclusively, blurriness, failure to properly display tickets, corrupted file), at the Lottery's sole discretion, the entry may be disqualified, and no additional entry is permitted. If a player does not meet all criteria, as set forth herein, an entry will be disqualified.

(c) Only GROUPER Super Sampler purchases, subject to retailer and Lottery office hours, and associated entries made and received between 6:00:01 a.m. and 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on November 24, 2023, are eligible.

(d) The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Promotion Period.

(e) Prize winners will be selected using the nth entry selection process from all qualified entries received.

(4) How to Claim. The Lottery will notify winners on or about November 28, 2023. Winner notification will be done via the email address used by a player to submit their entry through promotions@flalottery.com. Aside from issuing an email, no other attempt will be made to reach a winner. Within five (5) business days of the Lottery's issuance of an email to a winner, the winner must reply and provide proof of acceptable identification and age, along with a valid Florida mailing address where delivery of the prize is to be accomplished. If the Lottery does not have contact with a winner within five (5) business days of issuance of an email to him/her, the winner shall waive the right to receive his/her prize.

(a) Mailing/delivery of the prize must be made to a valid Florida address. The Lottery will not be responsible or liable for lost, misdirected, stolen, or otherwise failed mailings/deliveries, and any prize not received will not be replaced or compensated in any manner. A signature will be required upon delivery.

(b) Acceptable forms of identification are set forth in the Lottery's rule on the Payment of Prizes, 53ER23-20, F. A. C. The name on the identification must match the name provided to the Lottery at the time the winner entered the Promotion. If a winner fails to provide acceptable identification, the prize will be forfeited and not otherwise compensated. A copy of the Lottery's Payment of Prizes rule can be obtained by contacting the Florida Lottery, Office of General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 or at flrules.org.

(c) If a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, the prize will not be awarded.

(5) Taxes. All federal, state, and/or local taxes and/or other costs and fees on all prizes will be the responsibility of prize winners.

(6) Other Restrictions and Provisions.

(a) All players and winners must be at least 18 years of age.

(b) All prizes are subject to the provisions of chapter 24, F.S., and rules promulgated thereunder. Prizes will be paid/made in accordance with the Florida Lottery's rule governing Payment of Prizes 53ER23-20, F. A. C.

(c) The Florida Lottery is not responsible or liable for system failures or delays of any sort or type in the issuance or receipt of emails, both to and from the Lottery, including, but not exclusively, computer failures and email service failures.

(d) By participating in the GROUPER® SUPER SAMPLER BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTION, a prize winner gives his/her permission and consent, and without notification, for the Florida Lottery to photograph and/or videotape and record him/her and to use his/her name, photograph, videotape, and/or recording of him/her for current and future advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation, notification, or consent.

(e) Persons prohibited by section 24.116, F.S., from purchasing a Florida Lottery ticket are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
