Section 53ER21-36 - PICK Daily Games[TM] Retailer Double Bonus Commission Promotion

(1) Beginning June 7, 2021, the Florida Lottery will conduct the PICK Daily GamesTM (PICK 2TM, PICK 3TM, PICK 4TM, and PICK 5TM) Retailer Double Sales Commission Promotion ("Promotion"). The Promotion will continue through June 30, 2021, or end on the date on which the funding available for the Promotion has been utilized; whichever date occurs first ("Promotion Period"). Retailers will be notified of the official end date of the Promotion by retailer terminal messaging.
(2) During the Promotion Period, the Florida Lottery will pay Florida Lottery retailers an additional five percent bonus sales commission in addition to the standard five percent sales commission for a total ten percent sales commission ("Double Sales Commission") on the purchase price of each single $2 or more PICK 2, PICK 3, PICK 4, or PICK 5 lottery ticket sold. PICK Daily Games lottery tickets cannot be combined in any way to meet the $2 or more single game, single ticket minimum sales requirement.
(3) Bonus sales commissions will be considered compensation to a retailer and will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service by the Florida Lottery.
