Section 5B-1.005 - Inspection of Nursery Stock or Articles

The Department shall inspect, take samples, and perform tests on nursery stock or any other articles of plants or plant products to determine freedom from specific plant pests and to certify or register the stock or articles. The department's fee for such services shall be the mileage, at the prevailing state mileage rate, and $35 per hour, per inspector, from the time of arrival to the time of departure, with a minimum charge of $35 for each inspector.
