The boundaries of the district are as follows:

A portion of Sections 8, 9, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33 and 34, all being in Township 15 South, Range 32 East, Volusia County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: As a Point of Reference, commence at a concrete monument marking the West one-quarter corner of said Section 9, being also the East one-quarter corner of said Section 8; thence run North 00°46'29'' West, along the West line of said Section 9, being also the East line of said Section 8, a distance of 55.73 feet to a point in the Southerly right-of-way line of the 125-foot wide right-of-way of Eleventh Street, as shown on the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (F.D.O.T.)
