The boundaries of the district are as follows: A tract or parcel lying in portions of Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, 23 and 24, Township 25 South, Range 27 East; and Sections 7, 8 and 9, Township 25 South, Range 28 East; all in Osceola County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
