Section 11B-30.008 - State Officer Certification Examination Site Administration

(1) Administration of the Computer-Based State Officer Certification Examination (CB-SOCE) shall be limited to test sites authorized by the Commission and located within the State of Florida. To be eligible to administer the CB-SOCE, a test site must be:
(a) A test center exclusively dedicated to
the administration of academic and/or professional certification or licensure
examinations and operated or contracted by a Commission-approved criminal
Justice training center or its parent organization, or
(b) A computer lab located at a
Commission-approved criminal justice training
school.
